Year Two

Happy Anniversary to CRD&CO! I can’t believe I am celebrating two years as a designer and business owner. It’s been a wild ride working on some incredible projects with my amazing clients and vendors. I love October 3rd so much - it’s a time to celebrate and reflect on all that I have accomplished. 

I always look at my anniversary as a “mini” New Year. It gives me the opportunity to look back and reflect on the past twelve months, evaluate and improve the behind-the-scenes, and establish new goals. It’s a time to manifest all the dreams I have for my business and brand. There are so many things I want to achieve in year three!

Looking back, year two was filled with great opportunities, incredible clients, and a lot of personal and professional growth. My first year in business I took on every single project, was a “yes” person, and did everything I could to get a baseline of the process and everything in between. Looking back it wasn’t the smartest move so I took this past year and learned how to say “no,” which allowed me to become much more intentional with my time and projects.

Year three I plan on becoming even more intentional and productive. It’s a business I look to grow and expand and I can’t wait to share all that’s in store! Until then, I am popping a bottle of champagne and celebrating with my little team: my family!
